The Sapience of Silence

Words speak, where the heart fails..
To listen to silence, it's desperate wails..

When silence was unheard, voice crept in..
When the voice was ignored, noise did win..

Love was sad, for silence had lost..
To a wedge in-between, at a very great cost..

But...when the voice was heard, and understood..
Music was felt, thus love firmly stood..

Love embraced Silence, in a divine melody..
Together, they smiled, and so did destiny..
